The shipping times are Sunday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 17:00 PM. You can also collect the products you’ve purchased from our warehouse at 34 Ben Attar Street, Tel Aviv, by appointment, between the hours 10:00-16:30 Sunday through Thursday.
In addition, you may order a delivery company independently to collect from our company warehouse at Kibbutz Galuyot Rd 21, Tel Aviv, according to the times specified for pick ups (unfortunately, we can not adapt to the schedules of each delivery company).
The shipping is possible country wide products of unusual size and weight will be charged the shipping price set by the shipping company. The shipping times of all the products depend on the availability of the products in stock, as well as on the production times.
For products that are not in stock, the product’s shipping and production times are indicated in the product description. Please note that this is an estimated shipping time that does not take into account delays caused by reasons beyond our control or due to force majeure.
